Anna Olson is a Seattle local who recently joined URG in 2023. Anna, as the Vice President of People and Culture, is primarily focused on culture, growth, and DEI. Anna has over 20 years in the human resources industry with expertise in engagement, organizational development, leadership coaching, talent development, compensation, DEI, labor law, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruiting. She has worked a variety of industries such as tech startups, public accounting, and gaming for companies such as BSQUARE, Moss Adams, Nintendo of America, and Big Fish Games.
Anna has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Seattle University, MBA from Western Governors University, and Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. She is passionate about Seattle sports, cultural events, and philanthropy. Anna sits on the board of Bellevue Arts Museum and spends time volunteering with several special needs’ organizations such as the Washington Autism Alliance.
