As Managing Director at URG, Brad is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s Denver region. In his role, Brad will develop and foster relationships while overseeing asset level business plans from inception through disposition.

Prior to joining URG, Brad was a Managing Director at Sterling Bay where he was responsible for developing and managing a real estate portfolio of over four million square feet. Prior to Sterling Bay, Brad was a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer with a focus on acquiring and managing seven million square feet of premier office space. Throughout his 20-year career, he has been involved with a variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, and residential and has completed over $10 billion of commercial real estate transactions.

Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Finance, Investments & Banking. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
