Craig Maturi brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience to his role as General Manager at URG where he oversees operations for approximately 900,000 square feet of Class A office space in downtown Seattle.
Prior to joining URG, Craig served as Vice President for Transwestern and was responsible for leading its Northwest U.S. operations. Previously, Craig spent 7 years abroad split between Colliers International, CBRE Asia Pacific and regional developer, YOMA Strategic Holdings, leading business development efforts in management services, as well as providing senior leadership to teams overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets across Taipei, Singapore and Yangon. Among these asset services appointments was an 18 million square foot portfolio in Singapore and a 500-acre master-planned township development comprising 10 million square feet of commercial space and 9,000 multifamily units in Myanmar. Previous stateside employers include CB Richard Ellis, Trammell Crow Company and Shurgard Storage REIT.
Licensed as a managing broker in the State of Washington, Craig holds professional industry designations, to include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED, AP) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) International.
Craig earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Seattle University. He currently serves on the Seattle University Albers Alumni Board and is a mentor in Seattle Pacific University’s Mentor Program. In addition, Craig is engaged with Scouting and he coaches youth soccer.
