As Senior Director of Operations, Holly Vetrone brings a synergistic approach to business leadership, developed from her more than 13 years of public and private accounting experience and strong understanding of business operations for the commercial real estate industry obtained from Asset Management roles. She is responsible for corporate budget review, negotiating management contracts, due diligence and procurement, and project management for corporate strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining URG, Holly served as Director of Operations for a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding 2 million square feet of Class-A office product. Hers previous roles include Finance Manager, Controller, and VP of Finance and Administration where chief among her responsibilities were providing leadership for the accounting and administration teams, with a strong emphasis on operational interactions and development of systematic procedure guidelines. Holly has also served as head of Human Resources, where she oversaw all aspects of human resources management.
