As Managing Director, Jeff is responsible for investment activities throughout the Pacific Northwest. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities in Seattle and Portland, as well as managing key relationships with institutional and private capital partners. Jeff also oversees asset management for a portion of URG’s portfolio and plays a central role in overall portfolio strategy and management.
Since joining URG in 2012, Jeff has completed over $2.5 billion in transactions, led major redevelopment projects, and managed a portfolio exceeding 2.5 million square feet.
He is an active member of NAIOP, serving on the National Redevelopment Forum and the Developing Leaders Board. He is also involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) through its Center for Leadership.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Washington.
