As Senior Director of Investments, Jeff Vorhies is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities in Seattle and Portland, in addition to managing investment activities for URG’s portfolio in those markets. Jeff began his career at URG as an investment analyst and has been directly involved in over $2.5 billion of acquisitions. Jeff brings more than 10 years of acquisition and asset management experience to his role.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Jeff is an active member of NAIOP and serves on the Washington Chapter Developing Leaders Committee, as well as a DL National Forum. Jeff is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
