JoLene Parks brings more than 35 years of experience in property and asset management, client relations and portfolio oversight to her role as Senior General Manager. She has served a variety of roles at URG, taking on specialized project work, property acquisition due diligence projects, property management assignments, building core equipment upgrades providing energy savings and tenant comfort, and development of standardized operational process and procedures.

Currently JoLene is responsible for the oversite of property management, engineering, financial and construction management services for a diverse tenant based Seattle portfolio measuring over 4 million square feet, and 42 staff members.

JoLene spent four years as a General Manager at Equity Office Properties (EOP) where she was responsible for managing financial and operational activities for a 2.65 million square foot high rise office portfolio located in Downtown Bellevue. Prior to this, JoLene spent 15 years with Martin Smith Inc., where she was responsible for the financial, operation and leasing activities of a 3 million square foot portfolio consisting of four property management teams.
