Kelsey Kwan brings more than 14 years of experience to her role as Vice President of Finance at Urban Renaissance Group where she oversees the finance and accounting functions. At URG, Kelsey is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling the finance, accounting and cash related activities of the company.

Prior to URG, Kelsey began her career in public accounting at Deloitte where she worked with a broad spectrum of firms including retail, manufacturing, health care, venture capital, hedge funds, and other financial service companies. She hails from the University of Washington and holds a Masters of Accountancy, Audit and Assurance Services.
