Meghan Connifey brings more than 14 years of Property Management experience to her role as Senior General Manager at Urban Renaissance Group where she is responsible for overseeing a growing Denver Portfolio.

Prior to joining URG, Meghan worked for JLL and CBRE where she gained experience managing multiple asset types including Office, Retail, Medical and Industrial. Most recently, as Group Manager for JLL, Meghan oversaw a portfolio of approximately 2.3 million SF consisting of 11 buildings and 9 different Ownership Groups. In this role Meghan was responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations and the property team members, creation and implementation of the annual operating budget, oversight of all capital projects, and maintaining high level client relationships to create business development opportunities. In addition, Meghan acted as the Client Relationship Manager for a Strategic Account with which consisted of 3.6 million SF in Denver, Portland, Seattle, San Diego and Dallas. In 2021, Meghan was recognized as JLL Denver’s Manager of the Year.

Meghan has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Coastal Carolina University. She has obtained her BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and a licensed real estate professional in Colorado. Meghan is on the BOMA Denver Board of Directors for 2024 and 2025 and is a member of CREW Denver.
