Penn DiJulio brings more than 20 years of development and construction management experience to his role as Vice President of Development and Construction at URG. Penn is responsible for managing development opportunities from acquisition through project closeout, including the procurement of entitlements and permits. He oversees all phases of the development process, including design, pre-construction, construction, and tenant improvement.
Prior to joining URG, Penn worked in the mining, materials, and civil construction industries along the Central Coast of California before returning to his native Seattle to pursue development and structural construction. He has held various roles with national developers throughout the Puget Sound and Portland, managing construction projects across a wide variety of product types, including hotel, large-scale mixed-use, multi-family residential, and custom homes.
Penn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Pre-Medicine from the University of Washington and completed the Summer Institute at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Northwest and Young Professionals of Seattle.
