As Executive Vice President, Asset Operations at URG, Shawn Jackson oversees the company operating platform, including property management, project management and engineering. In addition to building and maintaining relationships with partners and owners, Shawn provides guidance for significant capital projects, operational and leasing related issues throughout the portfolio.
With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Shawn has held significant positions at some of the most prominent firms in Seattle. His deep industry experience includes strategic residential development acquisitions, oversight of over $100 million of capital and tenant improvement work, and participation in several award-winning projects and transactions in the Pacific Northwest.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing emphasis) from the University of Idaho, as well as a Real Property Administrator’s (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) International. Shawn serves on Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) Board of Directors as well as the DSA’s Policy Committee Shawn was also appointed by the mayor to serve on the Central Waterfront Oversight Committee for the City of Seattle. He is a past member of the Seattle Sports Commission and the BOMA Board.
