Pat Callahan is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Urban Renaissance Group (URG), a company he established in 2006. Under his leadership, URG evolved from a startup into a best-in-class real estate platform with over $7.5 billion in assets under management and a portfolio spanning 18 million square feet of built, acquired, and renovated properties. Pat led the delivery of six NAIOP award-winning projects and oversaw the acquisition of Touchstone, a 2016 NAIOP National Developer of the Year.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Pat has expertise in acquisitions, leasing, ground-up development, and large-scale redevelopment. Before founding URG, he held senior leadership roles at Equity Office Properties Trust, where he managed an 18 million square foot portfolio across multiple markets, overseeing 300 employees and generating $450 million in revenue.

Pat has been actively involved in civic and professional organizations throughout his career. He has served as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of its Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Council, and co-chair of the 2017 ULI Spring Meeting. Locally, he has contributed to the Downtown Seattle Association for over 20 years, including a term as Chair.

Today, Pat continues his advocacy efforts around public safety in the Seattle region.
