President and Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Green Corporation


President and CEO of Joshua Green Corporation (“JGC”), a private investment company holding a diversified stock portfolio, neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings, and other private market investments. Prominent among its holdings in private companies are PMI LLC, Far Bank Enterprises, Inc., Urban Renaissance Group, PacWest Machinery LLC, Bellingham Cold Storage and Kettle Cuisine.

Stan also serves as a trustee of the Joshua Green Foundation. He currently serves on the Investment Committee of The Seattle Foundation as well as a Board Director of Sellen Construction Company.

Prior to joining JGC in 2005, Stan was President of Orca Bay Capital Corporation, a Seattle, Washington asset management company. Orca Bay’s capital has been deployed in both the public and private securities markets. Stan was also President and CEO of Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment, which owned the NBA Vancouver Grizzlies, NHL Vancouver Canucks and General Motors Place. While at Orca Bay, he served as an alternate governor at both the NHL and the NBA.

As President and CEO of Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment, Stan oversaw the effort to privatize the public company that formerly owned the Canucks; helped bring the NBA to Vancouver; and engaged in several hundreds of millions of dollars of financings involving the NHL, NBA, and stadiums.

Stan was a co-founder and partner in Orca Bay Partners, a private equity fund investing in buyout, growth, and other private equity opportunities and which managed The Tahoma Fund. Mr. McCammon has served on the boards of several privately held institutions.

Stan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, School of Business, and the Law Schools of the University of Nebraska and New York University, holding J.D. and LLM degrees. Prior to joining Orca Bay Capital, Mr. McCammon practiced law in Chicago and Seattle, primarily focusing on tax and business transactional matters. Stan and his wife, Janet, live in Seattle with their two daughters after living in Nebraska, New York, and Chicago.
